TikTok will take Trump administration to the court over ban

Popular short video app TikTok is aiming to take legal action against US President Donald Trump over the app’s potential ban. Earlier this month, Trump issued an executive order that prohibits any US-based company to conduct transactions with the app after mid-September. That means any firm interesting in buying TikTok — like Mircosoft or Oracle — will need to finish the deal before the 45-day deadline ends.
