Breaking up big tech can make smartphones interesting again

We’re not upgrading to gorgeous new hardware because cloud services have stagnated

I’ve wanted to want a shiny new iPhone since the last lot were launched, but I haven’t been able to actually make myself desire the new model. Try as I might, it hasn’t worked.
