TSMC and China: Mutually assured destruction now measured in nanometers, not megatons

The weapon too deadly to use is just a handful of dirt. Let's change that

At the time, China said it had no interest in TSMC, thus defusing the Strangelove scenario. Now, It's talking about changing its mind. It might want TSMC very much indeed.…
